Powderline Warranty

In partnership with our powder suppliers Interpon and Dulux, Powderline is able to offer Industry Leading Warranties on our products to perform in the relevant classes of the Building Code of Australia (BCA). Through intense testing of our suppliers, our Powder Coating warranty range offers enhanced durability and performance in some of the harshest environments. This has allowed us to offer Domestic Residential warranty (BCA Class 1 & 10) and Commercial Warranties (All classes of the BCA and all geographic locations) that meet the relevant powder coat performance standards.
All recommended performance standards & suitable project types that are covered by the respective powder supplier warranty and are outlined in the table below. To process Warranty orders efficiently please note the following requirements. A project form is available which needs to be completed to ensure all the project elements are adhered to for our warranty powders when assessing your project.

Please refer to the Powder Coating Surface Finish guide. This is available on request and assists in setting a guideline for powder coated products surface finish, based on the AS3715, AAMA and AS4312 standards and most importantly, the stringent Powderline Coating Standard.

Prior to commencement of any project, the corresponding form must be completed for your projects powder type. Please download and complete the corresponding form for Interpon or Dulux. After completing the form, please email it to accounts@powderline.com.au

General Information

All recommended & suitable project types are covered by the respective powder supplier Warranty.
Castings, Re-coated, Anodized, Pretreated Surface and Metal Substrate other than Aluminum have no warranty to adhesion, quality or finish.
